Eligibility:
To be considered for a TAWL position in the 2025 Winter Terms, ALL the following requirements must be met:
- You are a registered full-time student at UBC Vancouver
- You have a valid SIN, Work or Study Permit, PR etc.
【IMPORTANT】SINs and Permits must be VALID throughout the ENTIRE employment duration. If your documents are expiring soon, please apply for a renewal before proceeding with your application.
- You will be physically located in Canada throughout the ENTIRE employment duration.
- You will NOT be holding another Work Learn or a Co-op position in the term you plan on applying for a TA/WL position.

STAGE 2: If you have been invited to proceed to our virtual interview, you will be notified on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
Fall hiring decisions and offers will be announced by Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the latest.

Compensation:
Undergraduate Teaching Assistant: $24.44 per hour
Undergraduate WorkLearn: $21.17 per hour
